murderbot and friends feat. the power of propaganda, baby!

it's been said in every review i think, but you really should ideally go into system collapse with a very fresh memory of network effect. it's probably the most direct sequel of any two books in the series (so far), and you WILL be confused if you only vaguely recall the alient remnant shitshow. ESPECIALLY in how it affected murerbot, who is in a very particular state of mind at the start of this adventure.

all that aside book good. there hasn't been a bad murderbot book yet. i miss presaux tho. my buddies pin lee and gurathin. :( i like art's humans but my family presaux...
i feel like given the ending we're probably being set up for more art's-crew-centric adventures and that's fine but my family presaux, you know?

(r/fantasy book bingo read, square: features robots. also works for: sequel, queernorm.)
