From Where I Stand: Rebuilding Indigenous Nations for a Stronger Canada by Jody Wilson-Raybould

4.0

A collection of speeches JWR has given over the past 10 years, that interweave into a grand narrative about Indigenous rights, Justice, and the future of crown-indigenous relations.

I enjoyed the book, her speeches were thought provoking, interesting, and loaded with fascinating insights and ideas of someone who has dedicated their life to the advancement of crown-indigenous Relations. I thought it was a very good compliment to the work JWR performed as MOJAG, especially her thoughts towards reconciliation and a rights framework.
