The Coddling of the American Mind: How Good Intentions and Bad Ideas Are Setting Up a Generation for Failure by Greg Lukianoff

4.0

A great blend of psychology and politics and parenting practice. I found myself nodding along with practically every chapter in this book, although I think you’d likely get the gist of it by reading The Atlantic article too. Hard things are hard but they are good! Think for yourself. Don’t rely solely on emotion to guide your decisions. I appreciate the practical advice included at the end of this book.
