The Romance Recipe by Ruby Barrett

Did not finish book. Stopped at 0%.
I tried to power through this for the sapphic, but I just couldn't. I really disliked the writing style. The character work was also pretty weak, and I didn't care about anyone in the story. The chemistry was also lacking. There wasn't any build-up in the romance. From the get-go, both of the leads thinks the other is hot, and their feelings don't seem to really change over the course of the story. The two leads also have horrible communication, which adds to the lack of chemistry. Overall, they don't seem to click as people, but more so find each other attractive, and as such the feeling of romance is really missing.
