Autobiography of Martin Luther King, Jr by Martin Luther King Jr., Clayborne Carson

3.0

This isn't three stars for the message of the book or Martin Luther King. The problem with this book is that reading this doesn't compare to the feeling that reading his speeches or sermons inspires. There are moments, but it doesn't come close to capturing his magic. If someone is going to only read one of his books, I would recommend the much less popular A Testament of Hope, instead.
