Collaborative Intelligence: Thinking with People Who Think Differently by Dawna Markova, Angie McArthur

3.0

This book is basically a reimagining of Meyer-Briggs and similar personality tests. The quizzes and worksheets in this book are fun in the way a Cosmo quiz is fun and I appreciate that it was a lite read. Since this book is focused on understanding how people think and absorb information and being able to create a work environment that optimizes these different thinking types, I think this book would have the greatest impact on educators and educational institutions. In general, there is nothing groundbreaking in this book, but it does add a bit more to one's emotional intelligence.
