Apart from one recipe that I didn't care for so far, this book has been my go-to for amazing Monday night dinners. I knew from the very first time I made butter chicken curry from this book that it was a match made in heaven. Featuring a variety of dishes from around the world with incredible flavor palates and exceptional pictures, this cookbook has been so satisfying and incredibly fun to use.
