the worst of the book is the scene containing child death and cannibalism in which Fitz comes upon a child being attacked by Forged Ones. He attempts to rescue her but she dies and it is clear that they were trying to eat her while she was still alive. The scene is not extremely detailed, but it is said plainly what had happened and is referred to in passing a few times later on in the book.
