Well I finally read Sable Peak. I put it off because I just wasn’t quite ready to leave the Eden’s and this world that Devney created. This book will be one of my top favorites from the series. I have been dying to know more about Matteo from the very beginning and I knew Devney had to save these two for last. Vera has been through so much in the last couple years and this story beginning from Vera and watch her healing and growing through the months was the perfect way to start their story.
Matteo being a dad is one of the highlights of this story. He did everything he could for his daughter to be the best dad and give her the best life. I love how seamlessly Vera fit into their life. Vera had a calmness that she brought to their story. Matteo deserved such a good love story and Dino one but Vera could have given that to him.
It’s so hard to say goodbye to all these characters and the love that this series has shown. Every single book and couple in this series is irreplaceable.
