Monster Nation: A Zombie Novel by David Wellington

3.0

I enjoyed the characters a lot more in this book then in the first book, 'Monster Island'. But I felt like the entire story was building up to this huge epic ending. And then it just fizzled out. I have found that when I'm about twenty pages from the end of this book and the first in the trilogy, I"m asking myself how Wellington is going to tie all his loose ends in the book with so few pages left, and how he does it is by killing everyone. He did it in 'Monster Island', and again in 'Monster Nation'. I wonder if he's going to kill everyone off in 'Monster Planet'.
