Homecoming was definitely an improvement from both The 100 and Day 21.
I was really saddened when I saw that one of my ships had sunk (I won't say who or why for spoiler reasons)! I was quite disappointed and anguished when this event occurred; in fact, I almost cried. Almost.
Kass Morgan injected a lot more of the required drama into Homecoming, and by the end of it I was hyped and excited for Rebellion.
Homecoming bet The 100 and Day 21 in many ways, but most especially, ACTION! A lot of it as well, which I loved and felt that the first two books didn't really have. I really enjoyed Homecoming.
