Shark Drunk: The Art of Catching a Large Shark from a Tiny Rubber Dinghy in a Big Ocean by Morten A. Strøksnes

4.0

This was a lovely, gentle, oceanic read. Not high octane, but a nice narrative threaded with non-fiction gems and sparkling descriptions of northern Norwegian seascapes.
It felt a little as if the author had also just finished Bill Bryson's Short History of Nearly Everything as it follows a very similar order of exposition. A strange sense of repetition, potentially more a fault of my own reading choices. This book had some uniquely cool, fascinating and individual facts too. Thoroughly enjoyed!
