This is my second time trying to read this book and the first time I actually managed to finish it. I will continue to read the rest of the series.
However, I did come to the realization that even though I really enjoy the world Martin has created; I do not really enjoy his style of writing particularly how he has depicted women so far. Yes, he has given them aspirations and they are strong characters, but I cannot pretend that he doesn’t portray them also as hypersexual
