Refinery29 Money Diaries: Everything You've Ever Wanted To Know About Your Finances... And Everyone Else's by Lindsey Stanberry

I picked up this book because I'm familiar with the Money Diaries series on Refinery29 and wanted to read some of them compiled in book format. In case you aren't familiar, that series basically follows an individual (or couple!) as they go through a week in the life and document every dollar they spend. The entries always disclose where the individual lives, their salary, their savings, and their debt. It is eye opening and also inspirational for folks who are also struggling with finances, trying to get out of debt, or trying to build savings. The book also includes chapters which contain typical personal finance information (things like how to use a 401k and IRA, the order to pay off your debt, etc.) On that front, it wasn't very helpful for me as I am far beyond that level of personal finance, but I could see it being a fun and informative book for beginners. I also gave it some extra points for really cute formatting :)
