A great little book with good tips, ideas and resources.
Pretty illustrations.
Kind of small but would make a lovely gift.
It has some great quotes and ideas inside.
In particular I think I will try the tip to be alone somewhere that isn't my own home; eg park, cafe etc. So instead of reading at home alone, I could take my book to the park and people watch too.
I think £8.99 is a little too much for a book that is 50/50 imagery and text, but I think I may re gift it like I say because it would make a good little gift book.
