The Beast by J.R. Ward

3.0

I don't even know where to begin. I enjoyed this book just because I'm a fan of this series and enjoyed being around the characters and their lives. With that said, this book was a waste of time. As much as I enjoy Rhage and Mary's relationship, I didn't need an entire book devoted to it...again. I felt like their issues with parenthood could've been a side plot in any other book (and would've have added to said book).

There are still so many questions left unanswered like what's going on with uprising of the glymera, how is Tres coping, what is going on with the Scribe Virgin, what is going on with the Bastards...the list literally goes on.

TBH, I'm just waiting for the Layla and Xcor's story and then I might stop reading this series (or just pass on any other books that are published in between).
