One More for Christmas by Sarah Morgan

4.0

This was an interesting read that departs from the usual holiday rom-coms. But that's not to say there isn't any romance. I liked the way Sarah Morgan broke the story in different perspectives. I think the different POVs played well into the lesson that we need to listen to others to truly mend a relationship. My personal favorite POV was Gayle, especially the moments between Gayle and Mary, the owner of the manor and the mother of one of the love interests. The motherly connection between them was really sweet. The only perspective that wasn't very satisfying was Kristie's, the daughter of the owner of the Scottish manor. Her story didn't feel like it contributed to the plot at all and felt like page filler. I wished her storyline was more developed and not was rushed with her ending.
