This book doesn't seem to know if it wants to be a (cheesy) romance or a second world war spy story... Making it unnecessarily drawn out (and boring if you don't care for romance and dramatic love stories).. For me, the book would have been much more enjoyable if the whole middle part was left out, that wouldn't even have changed the story much, which says it all..
