⚡️ My thoughts: I really enjoyed this book!! I was immediately drawn into the complex world and magic system with easy-to-root for characters. The writing style made for a smooth read and kept me immersed in the reading. The political intrigue aspect of the plot made for a compelling story. The only reason I took off a star is because I found that with the wide array of characters, it was sometimes hard to keep track of all of them. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this book to fans of From Blood and Ash, ACOTAR, and Fear the Flames!
