Fake ID by Walter Sorrells

3.0

I liked Fake ID. It was a good mystery. Chastity Pureheart and her mother have been on the run as long as Chass can remember. With each new town, there is a stop at the library where new names are selected based on characters from a fiction book. Chastity is now in high school and is tired of running. When her mother disappears, Chass must figure out what to do; does she run like she always has, this time on her own, or does she stay and try to figure out where her mother went and why they've always been on the run. The story is pretty straight forward with enough action to keep the reader involved. Fake ID is the first book in a series about Chastity and her mother called Hunted.
