genuinely asking what the point of this book was? thought it would be a story about grief but felt like the author forgot that and instead it just became a mystery about the mission and we hardly get any answers by the end anyway. 

some parts were very repetitive and the short chapters with pov switches was really annoying. might have worked better if it were a short story. 

I did like the prose though!
