I liked this one better than the first! I thought the mystery was more coherent and the character work was better, and I think the romance (both lol) came across better, like I understood why they liked each other more, plus the thing with her opening up to romance I liked a lot, since in the first book it seems like more physical attraction than actual romance and this book explains the change better. one thing I will say is that regardless of how silly I thought some things were, both in the first one and this one, is that I was hooked and waiting for more the whole time, like this book had me, the storytelling is there. brb getting the third now….
