The Strange Journey of Alice Pendelbury by Marc Levy

4.0

What a delightful story. The very end felt rushed, but at the same time, expressed throughout the pages. I guessed part of the ending but it had a twist I didn’t guess. I liked Alice and enjoyed reading a story about a “nose,” and in particular loved how places were described by their scents; sometimes it can feel overdone when an author is establishing something about a character but this was really nicely done
