The Last Flight, by Julie Clark

4.0

This story was so well-paced and suspenseful, exactly what I'm looking for in a good thriller. The story is based on two female main characters desperately wanting to escape their current life situation, and they end up switching tickets at the airport to avoid their destination. However, one of flights ends up crashing and the background of both characters (jumping from past to present) slowly unravels. Some reviews say they were more interested in one character over the other, but I personally enjoyed learning about both perspectives and seeing how different these two people's lives were in comparison.
