A Plane Story by Anmol Malik
5.0
We all grew up watching Bollywood movies with an epic love story with a blast ending where the hero runs up to the mandap at the very last minute for the love and the heroine choose him over everybody and that's a CUTT! This is what our protagonists, Dev and Tara are going to do, go to Paris and break their ex's apart but luck didn't favour them. A volcano in Iceland erupted and all the flights were diverted to the nearest airport for an emergency landing & Dev and Tara are stuck at Heathrow Airport. While at the Airport, they realized they are alone and kept each other company only to realize they started liking each other a little.
The story was narrated from Dev's and Tara's pov, which made it more interesting. I recommend this book to every hopeless romantic out there, or to someone who wants to end this year with a great rom-com written by Anmol Malik. I read this book in a total of two sittings, the story is gripping, the writing style is beginner-friendly with a pinch of humour & I can bet you will fall for Dev and Tara instantly.
I can't wait to explore the author's previous book the three impossible wishes ..
