I thought this book was easy to read and was enjoyable up until the midpoint. There wasn't strong character development since there were so many characters that were introduced it was hard to keep track of all of them. I'll give it credit that it's interesting to take a look into the lives of the nation's elite families and the secrets they may hide. It felt like the ending was rushed and there were so many loose ends unless the author is planning on coming out with a second book but I wouldn't buy it.
