So, I love me a dark romance, really, I do!
But I really struggle with hard core bully romances, like.. I like more , I can bully and be mean but if you dare say anything to her in front of me I will kill you, type books. Like Rina Kent does. This book was just a little to cruel. Which sadly led to me skimming parts of the book. Not a lot, just enough so that I could actually finish it and not DNF it.
Because the premise of the story is actually really good, and I actually want to read the next one to find out who Ted is and how Story deals with the aftermath of her decision! It was just a little too cruel, I struggled with the balance of cruelty and sweetness.
