i enjoyed this story but there were definitely moments that took me out of it, the characters felt less developed and i was annoyed that Kip slipped up into the territory of infidelity, even if that is probably the more realistic thing that would happen if this were a real life scenario. ultimately though, Rachel Reid has a knack for writing sweet, sensual, intense mm romance that has me always rooting for their happy ending.
i'm glad i read this series out of order, bc if i had started with this one, i'm not sure i would have been sucked into the remaining books like i was - but still this series has been brain chemical altering for me!!
p.s. wtf was Tor Thom's narration in this one?? his Brooklyn accent actually HURT me.
