Closer to a 3.5 for me. There is a huge chunk of this book entirely focused on politicking, and that is just not my jam. As soon as the political stuff was done and it went back to dealing with prophecies and whatnot this was a 5 star book. But I can't ignore that middle section that really bored me. Just not my style.
