Megan's Mate by Nora Roberts

3.0

Megan O'Riley learned early that there are bastards in the world when Baxter Dumont seduced her when she was seventeen and then left her pregnant while he went on his honeymoon with another woman. Years later, her brother falls in love with the wife's (Suzanna) sister and Megan and her son, Kevin, are brought into the Calhoun orbit.
Since Megan and Suzanna are both classy ladies, they are thinking it would be a good idea for the half-siblings to grow up together. Also invited to the Calhoun family is Suzanna's husband's business partner, Nathan Fury. Nate had a hard time growing up so he understands that family can be made not just by blood but by love and Megan and Kevin might just complete his.
Not as in depth on the relationship building, this was an okay book but almost felt like an epilogue to the rest of the series.
