Quiet Power: The Secret Strengths of Introverts by Susan Cain
3.0
Cain's previous book about introversion had a profound impact on me. It helped me understand so much about myself. Quiet Power has the potential to be that book for young introverts. The thing I like most about this book is that it's incredibly practical. There are personal stories that young people can relate to and concrete steps they can take to work with their personality type to improve their lives in a variety of ways (participation in class, successful group work, friendships, establishing a restorative niche, etc). Younger me would have found this book very helpful.
