Extremely disturbing compared to the first 3 omnibuses. Although no rape is shown, dozens of rapes are referred to. It's clear that all women in the group are in sex slavery. The group also kills people off frequently by dropping them off the roof, and they find it amusing. So yes...very disturbing. Near the end, at least, Hideo is really a hero, and so is a woman he meets.
