Cults: Inside the World's Most Notorious Groups and Understanding the People Who Joined Them by Max Cutler

2.75

Offensive in its implict description of Uganda as inferior to the US and repeated armchair diagnoses. Didn't care for the narrative structure. And I really thought there would be more sociological investigation and nuisance along the lines of "understanding the people who join" cults. Finished it more out of morbid curiosity than because I actually gleaned anything about the psychology of cults.
