Autumn Peltier, Water Warrior by Bridget George, Carole Lindstrom

4.0

Carole Lindstrom once again conveys with warmth and beauty the importance of young peoples’ voices at the helm of climate activism and indigenous cultures. I listened to the audiobook and enjoyed the water sounds and music accompanying the narration, although at times perhaps due to the sound engineering/balance the background was a bit too loud. I definitely plan to re-read when I have access to the visual book so that I can appreciate the illustrations. Lindstrom's books are continuously proving to be important contributions to children’s literature!
