A far cry from the somewhat sugar coated Disney version this is the original story of Pinocchio and is by far more realistic with Pinocchio getting to know the world and his place in it in the typical manner of an adolescent, through occasional lies, deceit and general selfishness with the odd moment of caring thrown in for good measure.
