Funny that I decided to give this one a try and it’s based on a coronavirus. Still, basic elements are filled with errors. There are so many plot holes that the author just touches on and then drops. Also, I can’t decide if the author is implying that bisexuals are cheaters because they want it from whomever or if the character is just a horny one that is built up to be high in morals despite the repeated indications that she’s a big fat cheater who has given her girlfriend almost zero thought.

The entire first book is stretched out needlessly to be corporate suspense novel when that entire plot element could have been truncated to be the first part of the book and then move on with the meat of the series. Even the time that lapses in the first book makes no sense as to why so much time has passed.

There is a base of a good story if the first book is trimmed down and the hanging elements are removed or cleaned up. I’m willing to see where the series goes for now.
