Absolute classic. Clever and funny even by adult standards. Flip-o-Rama is iconic.

Making a story that the usual designated “bad” kids can relate to is wonderful,

but the stroke of genius is swapping the roles so that George and Harold end up being the “adults” responsible for Captain Underpants. What a wonderful dynamic, that the creators end up being exasperated by their favorite creation come to life.

Absolute game changer of a book.
