OMG!
I LOVED The Dead Girl in 2A! It was a great story with twists and turns I didn’t expect.
The Dead Husband was so much darker, so much more disturbing. I was uncomfortable through the entire read.
Rose Yates and her son Max come home to Bury, NH, after her husband dies. It was suicide.
Or was it? A Milwaukee police Officer comes to NH to follow up on the case. And throughout the book we learn more and more about why Rose left Bury in the first place.
And it did NOT end the way I expected! It was not wrapped up in a happy ending with a neat bow on top.
And I couldn’t be happier with this most uncomfortable, disturbing, dark, unexpected, crappy ending!
