I listened to the audiobook, which was largely read by Taron Egerton with Elton John reading the prologue and epilogue. Taron was phenomenal as the narrator. I laughed out loud so many times and thoroughly enjoyed his performance.
The memoir itself is great. Elton shares so much about his life; it truly is an in-depth look into the life of Elton John with the good, bad, embarrassing shame, joys, achievements, and all the moments in between. He’s a great story teller and I love how his essence seems to jump out from the pages unabashedly. I loved it.
