Trent has a couple of secrets that he hides from the other members of the Epitaphs MC. When his fellow members return one night, bragging about the beating they gave a couple of gay men, Trent's wolf immediately recognizes one scent as his mate, so he goes to find him.
Marly is a beautiful twink and when Trent shows up at his door wearing the same colors as the men who beat him and his friend, he wants nothing to do with him, even if he is his mate.
I love a good MC story, but this one didn't have much time spent with the MC itself. I loved how Marly and Trent were together and the little surprises along the way. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
