When their dreamhouse comes on the market, an expecting couple are finally ready to embrace their future together, but something is amiss when it feels like the eyes of their neighbor are always on them. The house grows to feel oppressive and sinister. It comes to a head in a shocking way, and settles into an even creepier ending.
