this was one of my best reads of 2022. i loved the fact that all the main characters were flawed and as human as possible. set back in old hollywood, evelyn hugo did everything she could to escape the miserable condition she grew up in and rise to fame as her mother dreamt. she ended up being one of the biggest and most controversial actors of hollywood. but after marrying seven men, who had she really loved?
i loved the plot, the main characters and the ending. would do anything to reread it again !
