Good points in this book! I appreciate it a lot! What I could’ve really done without and was greatly disappointing to me was the overuse of she/her pronouns. Even while said in the beginning that it is supposed to be a book for everyone, the use of gendered terms (and especially with exorcises that were clearly meant for a cisgender women audience) didn’t make me feel it was true.

And it was written 2 years ago and having followed Juliet Diaz for a long time I think that if the book was written now it would be more inclusive. At least I would hope so.
