Flagrant by Alexandria House

3.0

I've read so many of Alexandria House's books lately and I have enjoyed them all, but I can't lie I was concerned very early on that I would not like this one. From the beginning we learn that the MMC is a cheater, (I will say there is no cheating on page between the MC's, but there were mentions of previous affairs, and there were a few times I thought it would be on page) and his wife knows all about it. I trusted the process and ended up really enjoying this book. Of all of the books I've read by her; I feel like this was the most messy (not in a bad way), It was so full of drama (both marital and extended family), and some pretty heavy trigger warnings (attempted SA, domestic violence, cheating). There was a pretty big curve ball thrown in towards the end, which I was not expecting. I am a fan of the past/present timelines, and loved that the MC's have been in each others lives for so long. I love that this is the start of a series, and even more that it is a basketball series.
