Heather Wood created multi-faceted characters I felt like I could see and speak to. This is historical fiction and it’s apparent how much research went into the book to make the story feel as authentic as it does.

Four siblings are separated in childhood and reconnect as adults. Each of them have endured different struggles while apart and together they must figure out how to overcome differences and support each other.

Faith shines in this book and the characters lean heavily on it to learn to love and give one another grace.

4/5 ⭐️ - I really liked it!
