Girl Walks into a Bar . . .: Comedy Calamities, Dating Disasters, and a Midlife Miracle by Rachel Dratch

4.0

Rachel Dratch was on SNL for 7 seasons, but after that contract ends and a part on 30 Rock doesn't quite pan out she finds herself at loose ends. She ventures into the dating world of New York City with varying and hilarious results. After starting a long distance relationship she gets the biggest surprise of all.

I've been devouring celebrity memoirs lately so I was definitely interested in reading this one. Her dating stories are pretty funny, and then of course her take on becoming a mother in her 40s is a great story.
