Every Vow You Break, by Peter Swanson

4.0

Abigail is happily engaged but cheats on her fiancee at her bachlorette party in California. She thinks she will never see him again but sees him in New York and smells his cigar smoke at her wedding. And then he turns up where she is staying for her honeymoon. Is he following her or is something more happening because there are some odd things happening at the place where her honeymoon is.

“Do you believe there are little pockets of time and space that exist outside of the rest of our lives? Like maybe this is one of them, and anything that happens right now doesn’t count? It will just be forgotten, a secret only between us.”
