I loved this book so much. At 100 pages in, I had already dog-eared so many pages. I really believe this will be top 5 of the year. I feel seen in a very vulnerable way at certain parts of this book, maybe more than I've ever felt in a book before. This book completely sucked me in and made it so that I couldn't get enough.

Reading this directly after Ghosts by Dolly Alderton was unintentional but neat since they have so many similar themes.

I loved how the timeline of this book jumped around. I loved that it all strung the story together but it also kept it interesting and wove the narrative together.

The fact that this is a debut is MINDBLOWING. Also the Bad Bitch Book Club shoutout in the acknowledgements is everything! I will 100% read Wheeler's next book.

Read this if you liked Ghosts by Dolly Alderton.
