This reminded me of Verity by Colleen Hoover where I did not like any of the characters but still enjoyed the plot.

This book had me feeling a similar way. Liked and disliked the characters. 

I did enjoy the character growth of the two women and how they managed to fight off their abuser. I especially liked that Millie played Andrew's game against him
