I Thought You Said This Would Work by Ann Garvin

This might be the best book I’ve read in a while. Ann Garvin seamlessly takes you through all the emotions. I laughed out loud, shed some tears, and felt real angst all throughout the book. You develop a love for each character, even through their faults. And it feels refreshing to read a love story that’s not a romantic love, but platonic love and reconciliation.
It makes you feel okay to be an ‘adult’ and still not have everything figured out. I love this book so very much and can’t recommend it enough!
